This package includes a happy hour hors d’oeuvres station.
In addition, you can add a drink station, bar service, premium salad, desserts, or other options to suit your needs. Our variety of wedding options and the attention we provide each couple make us one of the best wedding caterers in the area. This package includes our team of catering specialists with services including but not limited to delivering and serving food, taking trash off tables, packaging any leftovers, and helping in any way.
Entrees include three to four side selections, Miller’s Original 17 Sauce, and sandwich buns (upgrade to buttery garlic dinner rolls for $1 per person). Meals include our premium black divided plates, forks, serving utensils, dinner napkins, pickles, and fresh-cut onions.

Our goal is to provide fresh and hot food. Our delivery team will arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before dinner to set up your buffet items. You will need to have between 2 and 4 8ft banquet tables (on average) set up in your desired location for the buffet when we arrive. In addition to the above pricing, Effective May 1st, 2023, all new bookings made on or after this date will be charged a 4% fee for any credit card payment. ACH (electronic check) payments will not incur any costs.

If real China is used with this package, labor fees will increase. Note that labor fees may be higher on holiday dates.
This includes staffing to set up our stations before the beginning of the ceremony so as not to disturb guests. Buffet service will run for 1.5 hours and staff will begin busing tables once all guests have passed through the buffet line. We will put all leftovers away and clean up our serving area. Plus, we can help in other ways. Our staff are professional, happy to be there, and ready to ensure your wedding is a night to remember.
Booking Details: There is a 25% reservation fee, the balance of which is due 7 days before the event.
